Its roots trace back to Al Barari, founded by Zaal Mohamed Zaal with a vision to make nature fundamental to how people live. That vision shaped a different approach to development, one defined by landscape, considered architecture, privacy and wellbeing.
Today, that philosophy continues to shape how Elemental thinks about home.
The Al Barari Legacy
Al Barari was created with an uncommon belief: that development could give more space back to nature.
Across the community, architecture sits within mature landscapes, waterways and gardens rather than competing with them. Over time, this approach established Al Barari as one of Dubai's most distinctive nature-led residential communities.
Today, Hazza Zaal serves as CEO of Al Barari, carrying its founding principles forward while shaping its next chapter.

His years at Al Barari shaped his understanding of what makes a development meaningful beyond its launch: thoughtful planning, quality, nature and how people live. Elemental Developments was founded as an independent expression of those learnings, more boutique, considered and personal.
